Why Lease From Mobot Direct?
Welcome to MowBot Direct. By leasing or renting equipment from MowBot Direct (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“you,” “your,” “Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before using our services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By renting or leasing a robot lawn mower through our website, phone, or any other means, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old,

Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and
-
Accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Lease & Rental Services

MowBot Direct provides robot lawn mowers on a subscription-based lease or rental model.

The equipment remains the property of MowBot Direct at all times.

Rentals are intended for residential use unless explicitly stated otherwise for strict commercial use and must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
3. Payments & Billing

Customers will be charged the agreed rental/lease fee on a recurring basis (monthly).

Payments are collected via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods.
-
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services and can result in a full charge of the lawn mower that has been rented or legal ramifications under the state law of Delaware.
4. Delivery, Setup & Returns

Delivery and setup of equipment will be coordinated with the Customer.
-
At the end of a lease or upon cancellation, Customers must return the equipment in reasonable condition, subject to normal wear and tear.

Customers are responsible for the safe packaging and shipping of the unit if a pickup service is not available in their area.
- All returns or cancelled leasing/rental/subscription agreements require the lawn mower to be returned (including accessories) in the same box it was delivered in. Failing to return in the same box or failing to return with accessories will result in a penalty which may result in additional charges.
5. Maintenance & Repairs

MowBot Direct covers normal maintenance, new blades annually, software updates, and repairs due to standard wear and tear.

Customers must not attempt unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage may result in additional charges.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Use the mower safely and as intended.
-
Keep the equipment in a secure environment when in use or while being stored.

Avoid using the mower in unsafe or restricted conditions (e.g., extreme weather, flooding, steep slopes outside manufacturer recommendations).

Promptly report any damage, theft, or malfunction.
- If stolen, contact MowBot immediately and we will review the case to deem if penalty or additional charges are to incur.
7. Cancellation & Termination

Customers may cancel at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at checkout.

If canceled, equipment must be returned within 14 days of notice.

MowBot Direct reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if:

Payments are not made,
-
Equipment is misused or damaged, or
-
Terms are otherwise violated.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

MowBot Direct is not liable for injuries, property damage, or other losses arising from misuse or negligence in operating the mower.

Customers assume full responsibility for supervising the equipment while in use.

Equipment is provided “as is” subject to manufacturer warranties.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MowBot Direct, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the equipment.
10. Privacy & Data

MowBot Direct may collect usage data for service improvement.

Customer data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the state in which MowBot Direct operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.
12. Changes to Terms
MowBot Direct reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via email or website posting.
