A: We find replacing blades once a year is perfect for residential mowers, so we send you new blades annually! Ensuring you always have the sharpest blade for the perfect cut.

A: Yes! You can easily upgrade to the latest robot mower models at any time during your rental term. We also offer upgrades to our customers every two years for FREE!

A: If your mower ever stops working, just contact us. We’ll troubleshoot remotely, and if needed, send you a replacement at no extra charge.

Q: Do I need to maintain the mower myself?
A: No major maintenance is required. Just keep the mower clean and remove any debris. We handle all repairs, servicing, and replacements.

A: Pricing depends on the model (by yard size). We offer affordable monthly subscription plans with no hidden fees.

Q: Is there a deposit required?
A: A small deposit is required of $100 at checkout. However, commercial models require a higher refundable security deposit.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Payments are billed automatically through your preferred payment method each month.

Q: When do I get my deposit back?
A: We give back 100% of your deposit once we receive and inspect the mower. Certain conditions apply for a full refund. 

Q: What are the conditions I need to meet for a full refund of my deposit after cancelling?
A: Mower must be in working condition and the must be shipped back in the original box it was shipped in with accessories. If items are missing MowBot Direct has the right to charge the full amount of the mower.
